Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer exchanges and store credit for T-shirts that are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with tags still attached. Contact us within 15 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Q: I got the wrong size, now what?
A: No problem! Visit our size help page for guidance. We will deliver the correct size locally or ship it once we receive the original T-shirt.

Q: How can I start a return or exchange?
A: Contact us at kqcorp.canada@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
