Return Policy

Exchange and Store Credit
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or store credit. Please note that customized/personalized items, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached. You must also provide the original receipt.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at kqcorp.canada@gmail.com to initiate an exchange or return for store credit. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting an exchange or store credit will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will address the issue promptly and ensure you receive the correct item.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of worn or used items.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available.
